Precision Sound Upgrade at Elevate City Church

Fort Wayne, IN – [01.24.2025] – Atom Integration recently completed an audio upgrade at Elevate City Church, focusing on the installation and rigging of a new PA system to achieve optimal sound coverage throughout the worship space. This project aimed to enhance the overall audio experience by providing even distribution and ensuring the system met the church’s specific acoustical needs.

The upgrade features JBL SRX900 Series line array speakers, including SRX906LA cabinets and SRX928S subwoofers, selected for their ability to deliver powerful, clear sound across the entire venue. The system was carefully installed and rigged to ensure structural safety and optimize sound performance. Proper positioning and alignment were key factors in achieving consistent coverage and minimizing audio dead zones.

To ensure optimal performance, advanced measurement tools such as Rational Acoustics SMAART and JBL Venue Synthesis software were utilized. These tools allowed for precise analysis of the room’s acoustics, simulation of speaker placement, and fine-tuning adjustments to optimize the listening experience for every seat in the space.

In addition to the audio enhancements, the existing projector was re-rigged to improve its stability and eliminate any unwanted movement. This adjustment provides a secure and reliable visual setup, ensuring clear and steady presentation of sermon visuals and media content.
