Ross, Steven, and the team have incredible knowledge, great professionalism, and with my OCD, have the best, cleanest, and most detailed installs I have seen. The support and training of our team and the timely manner in which the respond and work have made our decision each and every time an easy one. I’ve been lead pastor of New Life Church of God since 1997, and we’ve tried everything to get customized sound with limited success. Ross and Steve from Atom Integration not only customized our audio and visual needs, but they also made it so that any media team could be easily trained! New Grace is actually two churches—New Life Church of God and Grace Gathering Central—but we operate as one family, one worship, one mission. Atom Integration also installed our TV screens and platform monitor on the back wall for a true audiovisual 3D effect! Atom Integration is the best option for all AV needs, especially for a church in a time when media is the primary way we stay connected in the world today. The best is yet to come!

The team at Atom Integration is everything we could have hoped for from an AVL vendor. From the initial conversations to the design and implementation, and finally to the continued customer support, the team at Atom Integration has proven their value many times over. We have a fairly complex system of lighting, video, and audio requirements, so having a partner help us think through the best solutions and having the technical expertise to set it all up has been invaluable. After the installation, we experienced some anomalies due to a power outage, and right away, the team was able to remotely access our systems and update a few items that weren’t working. From the moment the Atom Integrations team entered the facility, we were impressed by how well they knew the VTX system and that though computer modeling they were extremely confident in where exactly to rig the system to achieve optimal coverage for our room. Within 4 days of arriving, the team was able to completely remove our old speakers, hang the arrays, rebuild/rewire our amp rack and have the system tuned in time for our first Sunday morning worship service.
